We had a fantastic view of the river. The walking path made it convenient to get to the downtown area. Our last morning there was a deer outside by our deck. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again. The office staff were very helpful and courteous

I had a very poor experience at this property. The lock on my room repeatedly malfunctioned, and I was completely locked out around 7:30 p.m. I called the emergency number immediately, but was told no one was available to help and that no staff would be on-site until 10:00 a.m. the next day. Maintenance finally arrived at 10:45 a.m., and even he could not unlock the door after multiple attempts. He acknowledged the lock or battery was likely failing and said he needed to contact his supervisor. Because I couldn’t reliably access my room, I checked out and paid for lodging elsewhere. Despite this, management later claimed the lock was functioning normally—contradicting what their own employee witnessed. This response destroyed any confidence in their honesty or accountability. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone seeking a reliable or professionally managed stay.

There is no elevator so hauling things to the 3rd floor is a little more difficult. But it is quiet, right on the river and bike path. A grocery store is only a few blocks away, easy access to 3rd street. A good location.
