Check-in did not go smoothly. They initially gave us a print-out showing we were charged for 3 days when our reservation was for 1 day. About 3 hours after we checked in, we received a call asking if we were going to check in and we had to tell them we already did! That was a lot of confusion, but they did correct it and it wasn't an issue -- may have just been a new employee. The only other issue was most likely Covid-related. The continental breakfast included oatmeal, but we didn't find any milk? We may have missed it. Otherwise the facility was as expected and we had a pleasant stay.

It was at least reasonably clean. Beds were rock hard, coffee maker didn't work and staff couldn't replace it, and the tv kinda sucked.

I was very disappointed with this motel. The wifi didnt work, our sink in the room didnt drain, the light next to the bed didnt work, the hot tub snd pool were closed...the man at ghd front desk was rude...the property out back was dirty and unkept. Will never use this site again.

Bad experience

Hotel room was very smelly. It said non smoke room yet it was very very smelly and when I told the front desk that their reply was "here take this orange spray that should kill the smell". Well I almost threw up because of that chemical spray. We stayed there for two nights the smell never went away and every morning there was propane smell in our room too. It was very strong that you just can't sleep but wake up and worry if you will blow up. Again reported to the front desk and their reply was " oh ok I will have someone check on your unit, when you leave". Over all very bad experience with this hotel. Will I stay there again? Don't think so. Oh and I was charged $150 more then what I was to pay for the room when I booked it through travelocity. Go figure .... very disappointed

Worst hotel stay ever!!!

The room was not clean like it was the in the past. Got chilly at night when asked if we could get another blanket we were given a dirty blanket rolled up in a ball. The first morning at breakfast milk was out so no cold cereal on the already limited options day 2 there was biscuits and gravy gravy was as thin as water so that left you with a limited option again. The last night a group of guests above us kept us up all night with what seemed like an all night party. The parking was horrible understandably the snow was a problem but there were cars that were buried understood so obviously they had been there for quite awhile. Get them towed away. There was leaks on the roof so they had workers there seemed like 24/7 loud and not peaceful. The by far the grossest thing that sealed the deal on never returning was the old toenails on our room floor that was not ours. Dirty not comfortable and surely not cozy. Will never stay again.
