"Great hotel ! Love the experience and customer service "

"Staff were not helpful or friendly. Room was very cold with not heat. There was no hot water the entire stay. Breakfast was just bread and cakes...it was hard to even get a coffee. Sorry, was not a great first experience to Morocco "

"J’ai passé un super séjour là-bas et le personnel était incroyable à l’arrivée nous avions dû venir un peu plus tôt ils nous ont accepté et au moment de la sortie pareille notre vol était un peu tard par rapport au Check out ils ont été très compréhensif. La nourriture très bonne mention spéciale au personnel à la réception et au responsable financier pour leur professionnalisme . Je reviendrai un jour. Je recommande "

"- The hotel is located in a residential area and far from amenities. - Parking is included and accessible. - There are elevators. - The hotel is dated. The towels are old and discolored. - The appliances are old and very used. For example our microwave had no labels on the buttons and we had to guess how to use it - very adventurous, lol. - We did not eat the breakfast. - The Pool is outdoors, we did not use it because we traveled in December and it was cold and raining. - Tariq at the front desk was pleasant and welcoming. Thank you. However, the other front desk staff (who was a female) was not as supportive when we asked for clean bed sheets. - The room design is strange. The room we stayed in the bed is right next to the front door. - The hallways are unlit and very dark. - There are washing machines in the rooms which is great for laundry, but no dryers. You must air dry which is great and saves on energy. Clothes drying racks are provided. "
