Horrible hotel start to finish

Sad to say, this has been the worst hotel experience of my life. HORRIBLE service. Our first room had stained sheets, a malfunctioning AC, bugs in the bathroom, and countless other issues. They hesitated to move us to another room, but I insisted. Second room was a little more clean, but overall still subpar. Our welcome brochure said that breakfast was included, upon arriving for breakfast downstairs they said breakfast wasn’t included for our room. Staff was slow and didn’t care about our needs. I WOULD NOT WISH THIS HOTEL UPON ANYONE

They charged me a lot more extra money after I prepaid to reserve a room on Expedia. And I’m not allowed to cancel the book after I knew that extra charge.

Great location but in need of a make over.

The hotel was in a pretty good location. Walking distance from liangmaqiao subway station. The hotel needs a desperate update. The decor is dated. The staff speak little English but were helpful.

チェックインの手続きは速かったのですが，チェックアウトは遅く，しばらく待たされました。混んでいなかったので良かったのですが，団体客がいたら耐えられなかったかも知れません。また，シャワー室の排水が悪く，室内の床には水が溜まります。換気扇も壁スイッチはあるものの回っている様子はありませんでした。地下鉄の駅も近くにあり，ホテルの周りにはレストランやコンビニも多くあるので，不便はありません。北京の街中なので，一日600RMBは高くはないですが，同じ地区の他のホテルに宿泊した方が良いと感じました。フロントでの英語は，人によりますが，あまり細かいことは通じないと考えた方が良さそうです。WiFiの接続も，海外の電話しかない場合には，接続するには不便です。（中国国内の携帯電話で，SMSを使っての認証のため。）

チェックイン時間は聞かれていないのに、夜　ホテルに到着したら遅いのでキャンセルしましたとの事。凄く困りました。
