What can you say that hasn’t already been said? The Parador Hotel Chain is extraordinary. Their refurbished castles, convents and monasteries are amazing. One better than the next, if you are in Spain, I highly recommend staying in one of their exceptional hotels.

Room was clean but very warm (no air conditioning). Staff was very helpful about moving us to a room with windows. Hotel is right on the Camino. Breakfast was mediocre 10€/person but they had the best scrambled eggs so far…. We started in Porto.
