Every year my uncles, brothers, and cousins take a fishing trip — and it’s one of the few times we can all get together — so the location we stay is incredibly important. We have been doing this for over a decade and this property was by far the best. Even before we arrived, the communication from Derek was fantastic and they were incredibly helpful. Their web page made it easy to set up early arrival and departure, though we didn’t need the latter. The views were amazing and from the time we arrived we continued to be impressed by the property. Plenty of parking, all the amenities you would expect — with a hot tub for 4 and a pool. The rooms were spacious and it could have comfortably fit 17 people (though our group was smaller than that). There were PLENTY of extra clean linens and pillows. Hand towels, bath towels, and pool towels were provided and seemed brand new. The house was spotless and there were televisions everywhere…not that we spent much time in front of them. We fished off the dock out back and had plenty of luck with gafftop and black drum — though there was also plenty of hard head and at least one stingray. A great place if you’re in to catch and release. Overall, I give this place my highest recommendation and we look forward to staying there again.
