Hyatt House Austin/Downtown
"Easy check-in process, helpful staff, dining with a variety of choices during the day to eat just on the property if you choose not to go out to the local restaurants in the area. Room for myself was spacious. Housekeeping did have one flaw when cleaning up my room which was they took out the mat for the shower after my first night there. I never bothered asking for another one, I just never understood why they took it out. The security measure for the elevator was unexpected and I wish I would have known that before making a reservation. But it wasn't a huge issue. They're convenience shop next to the front desk is a bit overpriced in my opinion. You'd be better off walking over to the 7-Eleven that's three or four blocks away from the hotel for cheaper prices for what they have there. Everything else was top notch and I would go here again. Especially if you're a Solo traveler."
