Extremely good value for money
This is a good hotel that has been run down. The room was very pleasant - the aircon worked, the kettle and TV worked. The area is not great and the access to the parking is limited because of road works. The value for money is outstanding.

I rather stay next time at the Protea Hotel at the Big Hole, which has a fabulous lounge area, restaurant and buffet breakfast included, for just R400 more per night. Also be careful when you book, even if you select to pay when checking in, you will be charged immediately via NightsBridge. Very confusing. Was a major hassle for me to get a refund and then did not even get all of it. I changed my check in date, which was withon the free canellation or change time period. At least there's a grocery store 5min walk away and also Chinese takeaways. The place is quiet and the room massive. I just used Uber. Was a business trip."
