The staff was great in the lobby and the house keeping did a great job. The hotel was secure at night so it was safe. The only cons were the room itself was dark at night, the lighting was weird. They should put in more overhead lights in the ceiling and not use energy saving light bulbs as the lighting felt like a hospital. Also the doors are very thin so I could hear ALL the noise outside the room in the morning. Also, one of the other hotel guests had a dog so you could hear all the barking. Would I stay again? Probably not. I would pay a little more and stay at a more upscale hotel for the reasons of the noise of upside the room due to housekeeping and lighting.

Property in excellent condition. Central but quiet location. Staff were exceptional, especially Simo, Bruno, Alfredo, Adam and the woman with glasses in the breakfast room. Room was unique and considerably larger than many hotel rooms we have had in Europe. Adam the bellman was helpful and went out of his way to show us where to go and how to get to some nice places. The roof top bar was perfect for a glass of wine at sunset. Area had lots of restaurants and good shopping. A grocery store is only a block away for quick snacks and last min needs. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice and well-maintained. The staff is courteous and professional, and the location is very central, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean, modern, and tastefully furnished, with essential amenities. If you need anything, the staff is responsive and does their best to assist. The breakfast is healthy and satisfying, a great way to start the day. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a comfortable and convenient stay. That said, I was disappointed to be charged for two short local calls (under a minute each) I made to the airport from the in-room phone to check on my delayed luggage. Given that I stayed three nights and paid over €1400, this felt a bit petty. Tips for future guests: – Avoid calling a taxi to the hotel—it’s on a narrow lane and cars get stuck. Walk 5–7 minutes to the main road and take a taxi or airport bus from there. The bus takes the same time (~40 mins to the airport) and costs €8 vs. €53 by taxi. – Book directly through the hotel’s website—I noticed rates can be much better than on third-party sites (I booked via Expedia) Overall, a good stay with a few things to keep in mind.
