Beautiful design flat in the center of Barcelona on a lovely avenue. Recently renovated with high-quality finishes, and fully equipped with every detail to enjoy a perfect stay. Located next to two main metro lines that take you anywhere in the city.
This luxury apartment is located right next to a metro station (L2 and L3) and only two stops from the city center, within a 10-minute walk from the sea (Barcelonaās Old Harbour).
We are in the heart of Sant Antoni, a typical Barcelona district full of tapas bars, restaurants and shops. The street is wide, well-lit all night, and the area is safe.
The flat consists of:
Double Bedroom 1 with a double bed and two sunny street-facing windows.
Spacious living room with a chaise-longue sofa that can accommodate an additional guest, and a dining corner.
Bathroom 1 with sink, WC and modern shower.
Bathroom 2 with sink and WC.
Sunny, fully equipped kitchen.
Patio with washing machine.
Most major attractions are reachable on foot. You only need the metro for:
Sagrada FamĆlia (10 min by direct metro)
Park Güell (17 min by direct metro)
Passeig de GrĆ cia (shopping) (8 min by direct metro)
When the street was officially opened in 1894, it was already home to a growing entertainment industry.

Smooth check in process and helpful agent. Perfect location in Barcelona slightly out of the centre which is quieter with some nice bars and restaurants but still walking distance to the beach etc. Nice apartment. Clean and spacious.

Great neighborhood and location
Great location in a mostly quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and near the metro. Also, easy to walk to the water and a beautiful park. Not to mention a great market only a five minute walk away. The place is very nice and comfortable for two people in a quiet building. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Quick Stay
We had a great quick stay in town as we traveled into town at the back end of my daughters Barcelona Tennis Camp. The location was great - walkable to old town and we enjoyed walking to the beach and experiencing the sights along the way. It was great to feel like we were in with the "locals" while experiencing many of the great attractions.
