Beautiful design flat in the center of Barcelona on a lovely avenue.
Recently renovated with high-quality finishes, and fully equipped with
every detail to enjoy a perfect stay. Located next to two main metro
lines that take you anywhere in the city.

This luxury apartment is located right next to a metro station (L2 and
L3) and only two stops from the city center, within a 10-minute walk
from the sea (Barcelona’s Old Harbour).

We are in the heart of Sant Antoni, a typical Barcelona district full
of tapas bars, restaurants and shops. The street is wide, well-lit all
night, and the area is safe.

The flat consists of:

Double Bedroom 1 with a double bed and two sunny street-facing windows.

Spacious living room with a chaise-longue sofa that can accommodate an
additional guest, and a dining corner.

Bathroom 1 with sink, WC and modern shower.

Bathroom 2 with sink and WC.

Sunny, fully equipped kitchen.

Patio with washing machine.

Most major attractions are reachable on foot. You only need the metro
for:

Sagrada FamĆ­lia (10 min by direct metro)

Park Güell (17 min by direct metro)

Passeig de GrĆ cia (shopping) (8 min by direct metro)

There are cafƩ-bars just downstairs, grocery shops and tapas bars.

The legendary SALA APOLO live music venue is only 200 meters away,
offering jazz, rock, blues, swing, flamenco and more.

The D20 bus offers direct transport to Barceloneta Beach (or you can
walk along the Old Harbour in about 20 minutes). Night buses also stop
there.

There is a bike rental nearby.

There is a direct bus to Barcelona El Prat Airport from PlaƧa Espanya.

NEIGHBORHOOD

Sant Antoni is a Barcelona district located between the city center and
MontjuĆÆc mountain, with Avinguda del ParalĀ·lel as its main axis.

For decades, ParalĀ·lel was the center of Barcelona’s nightlife, full of
theatres, music halls and cafƩs frequented by cabaret artists and
bohemians — a vibrant mix of eroticism and anarchism.

When the street was officially opened in 1894, it was already home to a
growing entertainment industry.

Today, only three historic theatres remain: Apolo, Condal and Victoria,
and the city council has purchased the old Arnau Theatre with plans to
turn it into a new cultural venue as part of the project to revive
Barcelona’s own Broadway.

Guest Interaction

Check-in is done in person. The check-in agent’s contact will be shared
a few days before arrival to coordinate the meeting time.

An online registration link will automatically appear in the Airbnb
chat 4 days before arrival.

Tourist tax is not included in the booking price. It can be paid upon
arrival by card or in cash.

Check-out/self-checkout is at 11:00. Both sets of keys must be left

The apartment is as pictured; however the blinds did not go up so there was no light in the apartment. BelĆ©n was excellent. She came on time, allowed us to leave luggage until 3pm. The staff was attentive and swift in replies. Perhaps a list of ā€œhow to’s and where isā€ would be helpful. Not aware there were extra linens in the sofa bed end portion. There was no dryer and I was told that it was a dryer/washing machine combo. The washing machine looked fine; but the outdoor room it was in was very shabby Apartment was clean; but at close look the bedroom walls were shabby and needed to be fixed. The bathrooms and kitchen were appointed very well; especially the kitchen was lovely and well equipped with good products used. I would suggest a couple of cleaning products for the bathroom and kitchen; so the visitor could keep it clean in a proper way. The apartment was in an okay area; lots of public transportation, pharmacies and supermarket and stores, fair restaurants. For seniors who are wiling to uber or taxe; it was approx 13E’s each way. The staff for the facility was excellent in communicating. The living room, entry way, first bathroom and kitchen were all done well and pretty. The lighting was good. Bedroom was not so well furnished and not bright without lifting shades master bath, nice and well appointed.

Great city apartment in Barcelona

Smooth check in process and helpful agent. Perfect location in Barcelona slightly out of the centre which is quieter with some nice bars and restaurants but still walking distance to the beach etc. Nice apartment. Clean and spacious.

Great neighborhood and location

Great location in a mostly quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and near the metro. Also, easy to walk to the water and a beautiful park. Not to mention a great market only a five minute walk away. The place is very nice and comfortable for two people in a quiet building. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Quick Stay

We had a great quick stay in town as we traveled into town at the back end of my daughters Barcelona Tennis Camp. The location was great - walkable to old town and we enjoyed walking to the beach and experiencing the sights along the way. It was great to feel like we were in with the "locals" while experiencing many of the great attractions.
