The hotel encourages you to use valet parking, saying it's cheaper than the garages nearby, so I went for it. It took 20 minutes for the valet to get my car when I arrived and over an hour to get it when I left. I also didn't get the type of room I reserved. The hotel itself was ok although it feels a bit on the older side. The breakfast is fine but you get more options at other places. The gym is small. It is in a great location if you're doing things near the convention center. But I won't be staying here again.

We loved the location of the hotel. But our room never got cleaned and we are there four days even after we asked for it to be cleaned one time.

Valet was horrible. Terrible setup. Valet guys were trying but the system needs updated and better staffed. Gentleman that checked me in was rude and not friendly at all. Set off the entire experience. Would not recommend , as there are plenty of other options in the area.
