Ramada Encore By Wyndham Palmerston North
While it states that parking is included, it doesn’t say it is limited and must be pre-booked. Room couldn’t be locked from the inside. Barely any natural light. 3 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star.

Copthorne Hotel Palmerston North
Kitchen and restaurant staff were definitely not attentive. No coffee until we told them, no toast bread until we told them, no milk until we told them etc. Not good considering the price. Seriously understaffed. I would never stay there again.
