Lovely, friendly family owned hotel. Excellent food (be prepared for a massive, homemade tasty Sri Lankan breakfast). Outdoor facilities a little basic but clearly a work in progress in improving. Pool and room were lovely. Nice nature walks nearby. Would recommend vegetarian dinner options.

"Wonderful place and accommodation with truly devoted service. They tried ever so hard to make our stay and experience a memorable affair which we applaud. To improve I would say that being organised and taking dining orders is fine but for example the breakfast does need to be hot and not prepared too early.
The villa we had was wonderfully set out with jet bath and set over water as was the the main hotel area.
We did contact the hotel due to leaving an item behind but as yet still have received no response. "
