This magnificent ski-in/ski-out four-bedroom residence has just been professionally remodeled (2023), has all new furniture and offers exceptional sleeping capacity (sleeps 12 guest), an expansive great room with 2 large couches, electric fireplace, bar, wine refrigerator and brand new gorgeous chef’s kitchen outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances and a sprawling 10 person eat-in island. Additional features include four guest suites, each with an attached bathroom plus an additional full bath. 3 with king sized beds and a bunk room with 3 double over double bunk beds. One of the bedrooms also contains an electric fireplace. Hardwood flooring throughout, custom lighting, washer/dryer, a private terrace, and garage parking.

Guests will appreciate The Charter’s outstanding location and on-site amenities including: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness facility, two restaurants, Charter Sports, a full-service ski, snowboard and bike shop, the game room and fire pit. Complimentary shuttle service to/from Beaver Creek, Vail and Bachelor Gulch is also available.
