Stay in the center of it all at Townsend Place in Beaver Creek with true ski-in/ski-out access and a rare creekside setting. From the balcony, you can see and hear Beaver Creek, with peaceful views and the sound of the water below. This 1,212 sq ft, two-bedroom, two-bath residence sleeps up to six and offers warm mountain charm with wood floors, a beautifully updated kitchen, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace.

Walk out the door to shops, restaurants, the ice rink, ski school, ski lifts, the Vilar Center for the Arts, and a playground just 100 yards away. In summer, you’re right next to Beaver Creek Golf Course (tee times available to guests), hiking and biking trails, miniature golf, kids’ trampolines, slack lines, corn hole, and climbing walls.

Ski out via the Oxford ski-way to the Elkhorn Lift or take a short walk to Chair 6 (Centennial Express) or the Children’s Gondola and ski school. Ski in via the Oxford ski-way or a short walk through Beaver Creek Village from the mountain base.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious condo. It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax right away. The location was incredibly convenient, giving us quick access to everything we needed during our trip. Our family had a wonderful time together here. On top of that, the property manager was excellent with communication, always responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
