Convenience is key!! Across the street is the Beaver Creek Resort Bear Lot where you can take the shuttle bus and be skiing within minutes. Buses to Vail (15-20 min) and Avon Town Center (2min) also available; where you can find great restaurants and shopping.

The location directly across the street from the Bear lot is fantastic and the condo is very clean with all you need! The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry are well appointed. The sleeping arrangements are great for a family. I would highly recommended this beautiful home. The host was very quick to respond as well.

We had a great time here. Nice clean accomodations. Ceiling fans in all the right places, updated bathrooms and kitchen, big screen TV. Clear communication with our host. In a part of the state where rentals of any kind are pretty steep, this place presented tremendous value and fine quality. We would come back here in an instant.

It was very a very warm three weeks with no air conditioning or fans. Learned it was on the third floor with no elevator when we arrive. My husband is 80 & I’m 76.
