Perched on the hillside above Avalon's harbor, this two-bedroom villa trades the noise of the mainland for salt air, sweeping ocean views, and the unhurried rhythm of island life. From the moment you step onto the wrap-around balcony, the Pacific stretches out in front of you - a constant, calming presence that sets the tone for everything else. This is Catalina as it's meant to be experienced.

Living space
Inside, the open-concept living area is built around an indoor fireplace that brings warmth and character to the room as the evening cools. Large windows draw in natural light throughout the day, and comfortable seating gives you a place to settle in properly. A TV, Wifi, and a set of board games keep things entertaining without demanding anything of you. A ceiling fan and heating system ensure the space stays comfortable whatever the weather brings.

Sleeping arrangements
The villa sleeps up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms with 2 beds. Each room is set up with clothing storage and the kind of stillness that makes a full night's rest easy - whether you're here for a weekend or a longer stay.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with Viking appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, baking sheet, wine glasses, and full dishes and silverware mean you have everything you need to cook a proper meal or keep things simple. The 1.5 bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper are also included.

The villa is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Two exterior security cameras are located on the property - one at the front door and one facing the patio toward the ocean, activated only if there is an issue. Hangers, an iron, and a dryer are also available.
