This has been, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing stays I’ve ever had. From the start, communication was poor, the replies seemed to come from an AI, with no real understanding of the issue and no timely or effective resolution.Before booking, I specifically asked about the stability of the internet, as this was a work trip, and having a reliable connection was one of the main reasons I chose this property. Unfortunately, during my four-day stay, there was absolutely no internet connection. No one offered a real solution or any kind of compensation, which completely ruined the purpose of my trip and the overall experience.Additionally, the apartment was not properly cleaned, there was trash under the bed and the floors were dirty. On top of that, they failed to mention that the tap water is not drinkable, so when I arrived late at night, I didn’t even have water to drink since all nearby stores were closed.Overall, this experience was far below expectations, with poor management, lack of cleanliness, and unhelpful communication. I would not recommend this place, especially for those traveling for work or expecting a professional level of service.
