Whether you`re antique shopping, celebrating a recent grad, or enjoying the many events happening around town, Howdy House provides retro western vibes in a modern, spacious bungalow.



Howdy House features 3 bedrooms with king sized Tuft and Needle mattresses, 2 full bathrooms (one with a steam shower!), and a large bonus room up the spiral staircase with an additional living room and 2 twin beds.



If you`re looking to get fresh air while you`re in town - this place is for you. The backyard has outdoor games, a dining table, a propane gas grill, fire pit, comfy chairs and lots of games for you to enjoy. It`s truly a magical space (especially with the twinkle lights turned on). We provide a cooler for your bevs and grill.



Guests will access Howdy House through the front door keypad.



Kasey and Meggie are available through email and text for any guest needs.



Howdy House is near Southwestern University and downtown Georgetown/ Main Street.

Cozy/Cute/Comfortable Stay!

I stayed here with some of my friends for a few days before my wedding. It was the absolute perfect house for us girls. The decorations were so cute and the 3 bedroom/loft floor plan was great! The neighborhood was a decent area close to the university, and not far from downtown Georgetown at all. Kasey was super responsive during the booking process (even over holidays) which I greatly appreciated! We had to add an extra night on to our stay, and it was hassle free through Kasey. Would highly recommend staying here!

Comfortable and cute

Property manager was responsive and property was as described. Beds were super comfortable and place was spacious and was perfect for the 7 people we had. The spiral staircase to access the loft were a little noisy going up and down especially in the middle of the night and having to go to the bathroom but not a big deal cause the loft area was great to have especially with the twin beds and extra space. Perfect proximity to Southwestern University which is where we needed to be for the weekend.

Week in Georgetown

The house is adorable, with plenty of space and a very cool loft we used for our teenagers to have their own space. Kasey was very helpful and responsive to our questions and even accommodated a last minute change of nights we stayed at the house.
