Overall decent place to stay if you're staying one night. The construction on the freeway is really bad and the only way out is on the feeder road. Breakfast was not that great eggs were very watery and the breakfast time was inconvenient. It starts at 6 am and ends at 8 am so if you wanted to sleep in you miss out. Parking is a little tough at night. Lots of construction workers staying there. With traffic which is all day it took about 35 minutes to get to downtown Austin and the same back. Room was clean and had a fridge and microwave which was a plus since we missed breakfast the second day to sleep in. Towels and linens very clean. The rooms are very dated though and it gets a little humid. Staff was very nice and easy check in and out. Did not like the 100 dollar security deposit though. It was returned 3 days later but I had already prepaid for the room.

Orangewood stay

Yes the menu was fresh and clean! I had a solo trip and everything was perfect! The rooms were clean, the staffs were helpful. No issues faced during my two days stay. Happy with it!!

The TV in our room had a 2" line going down the screen where you could not see anything. The phone in our room did not work came to work on it for never fixed. The elevator was not working correctly. We were on the 3rd floor and when you wanted to go down, you had to keep pushing the button 5-6 times before it would start moving. We made reservations for 4 rooms and one reservation that for a single room was more than the one we booked for 3 rooms. We were in the area doing some work.

The smell in the room was terrible and dirty. The sink had hair as if someone shaved. The bed had hair. Didn't add cloths to the drawers because it was dusty and dirty. Blankets were terrible. Breakfast was average and what you'd expect. Parking was unsafe for cars. First time staying at this chain but will never again. I've stayed at numerous motels and I always keep my expectations low but this was beyond. What I expected was the minimum which meant being clean. Also we could hear the people above us walking around. We heard the next door as well. Felt like we had zero privacy. To the hotel: Clean the rooms and air it out.

Stayed here for the f1 race and it was ok for the price. The location was only 15 min from the airport and 15 min from the shuttle site to get to the race. The hotel needs investment in the rooms , gym , eating area etc. At the end it was ok for a couple of nights for the race.
