This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath custom built home is 40 minutes from downtown Austin and Bergstrom International Airport, 3 miles from Villa Antonia, 15 minutes from Flat Creek Winery, and 10 minutes from Cedar Park. This home has over 2,000 sq. ft of outdoor living space with a large fire pit, a 65 inch outdoor TV, built in gas grill and smoker; all surrounding a gorgeous 9 foot deep pool with a built in spa.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and includes a double oven, built in ice maker and all updated appliances with a large 10 foot island. The open concept home has a large dining room table that seats 10 and looks out to the pool and large covered porch area.

The media room boasts a 100” smart tv, 2 leather reclining sofas that can double as extra sleep space. The media room includes a full size popcorn machine, beverage bar with fridge and sink.

We are minutes from Lake Travis and a public boat launch at Jones Brother’s Park. The park also offers a tennis court, a large playground, & pavilions with grills for family get togethers. Bring your boat or rent from several close by marinas within 10 -25 minutes.

This is an awesome rental for Formula 1, ACL, family reunions, wedding parties, bachelorette and bachelor parties, and any occasion to be together under one roof! No worries on noise restrictions or parking, we are located on 11 acres with complete privacy on all sides.

This home is close to many stores, restaurants and activities. Grubhub delivers to this address as well as HEB, Costco and many other big box stores.

We also offer a 14 passenger Mercedes Sprinter van for any transportation needs; please message for pricing. Please also note that the garage and master closet is not available for guest use.

We would love to stay here again. The hostess was very courteous, prompt, and hospitable. The house and surrounding property were perfect for our family reunion of 10 adults. The location was remote enough to feel like we had the place to ourselves but close enough to groceries and entertainment to be convenient. The house was spotless and stocked up with the staples and everything was ready for our use. The hostess prepared us to enjoy every amenity and responded quickly to our questions. Our favorite aspects of the property included the patio area, island kitchen and movie theater.

It’s a great house! We loved the pool/spa, fire pit, plentiful TVs and lounge chairs for our football watchers. The house is well appointed with supplies and tableware and even snacks that our kids devoured upon arrival before we were able to grocery shop. Ann was responsive and helpful. Our only constructive criticism is that we wished the lights had dimmers and lightbulbs with consistently warm color temperatures.

The home was lovely with plenty of room for 11 of us. The star of the weekend was the pool and hot tub. The kitchen is spacious with lots of amenities…spices, a huge pantry and an ice machine to mention a few. The owners were available to help us when we had concerns. We did not leave the property except to go to Brookshires. We will definitely come back.

Perfect house

This house is amazing!!! The location is great and secluded. The beds and bathrooms are perfect for a large group, the pool, patio, and hot tub are perfect for entertaining everyone during the day and evenings. The best part was how well stocked the house is from the kitchen to the bathrooms! It felt like a home away from home! We had a blast and would highly recommend.

Beautiful Home

We had a great time at this house. The home was very clean. It’s a hi-tech home so we needed some help with the appliances and the hot tub operation but the communication with Ann was great. You need a code for the gate, which we received in our arrival instructions. You also need a code for the front door and a code to operate the thermostats. We had to reach out for those codes. Ann was responsive but it would have been nice to have all the codes in the arrival instructions.

Great Football Trip

We came for the Texas football game and this house was exactly what we were looking for! Huge beautiful house. The backyard was as great as it looked. We even used the movie theater and popcorn machine which were both great! Ann was a great host, very responsive and I’ve never stayed at a place that came as well stocked as this house was, from towels to alcohol to paper products it was ready to go the minute we arrived.

Perfect house for any occasion!

I cannot recommend this property and this host enough! Ann made sure to answer any and all questions right away. She also gave my group so many recommendations before our weekend there which helped us out a lot. I was there for my bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect location. With the outdoor pool, movie room, firepit, and wet bar, you don't need to leave! The process of checking in and out was very easy and she left such simple instructions to follow for the house. Everyone loved it so much, and we had the best time! Thanks Ann!!

Loved it!

The property was beautiful and fantastic - it was perfect for our group. We spent most of our time outside and in the large family room. It was well equipped to cook several meals. We loved the pool and firepit areas! Our only complaint was bedroom 3 was not listed correctly - it stated 2 twin beds, 1 queen, and 1 twin bunk bed (i.e. 4 beds) - in actuality, it had 1 bunk bed that had a queen and a twin, and then a twin trundle, so we were two beds short. Luckily, the couches were comfortable and we used the provided air mattresses. Otherwise, this was absolutely perfect. The host was easy to communicate with and a great place for our group of friends!
