Hotel room was super dated. Check-in was 4pm. Our room was not ready until 5pm. Made us late for family dinner at Roaring Fork. The room was old and shabby. Popcorn ceiling was flaking off and looked disgusting with watermarks all over.

Elevators broken in parking garage. Very inconvenient. Air didn’t work in our room, had to switch rooms. Had to ask twice for bedding to be sent up.
