Property in good condition. Got notified of a reservation I never made and later a mystery charge of $200+ (which is supposedly being taken off of my card, but have to wait a week to see if it really goes through). Their system upgrade is not going smoothly.

We booked a 4-night stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk were all very nice and the hotel was clean. It is a minimalistic hotel. Ladies, bring your own shower caps because this hotel doesn’t provide them. The hotel does provide breakfast, which was a plus. Maybe not the healthiest choices, but I certainly wasn’t expecting that. I gave this hotel 2 stars because they did not clean our room 2 days in a row. I did go to the front desk to tell Keyla, who was wonderful, and said she would let her manager know the next morning that our room had not been cleaned. On our way out the next morning, Keyla was still working and I reminded her to tell her manager to make sure our room was cleaned and that the sheets were changed. To our surprise that evening when we got back to our room, our room was not cleaned at all…AGAIN!! That was two days in a row of our room not being cleaned. I was somewhat okay with the one day being missed but the second day was totally inexcusable. I was told that the hotel only had one person doing housekeeping that day. Again, it’s not a bad hotel for one night. As for us, we will not be back there. We personally did not have the best experience.
