This is the second time we have stayed. The location and the staff are great. The reception staff are welcoming and the concierges were outstanding. It was lovely to find a card and a fruit platter left in our room on returning as we were staying to celebrate a significant birthday.

My husband and I stayed here for the long weekend for some rest and relaxation. Our premium room stay was average and in an average room for nearly $300 a night. Bed was ok and standard bathroom. I didn’t like how we couldn’t close the roller blinds down for privacy and keep the sunlight in our room. We could see the people opposite our room straight into there bedroom and vice versa. We would close the curtains but then the room was so dark and gloomy. Otherwise I would not stay here again.

Awesome place to stay with everything I needed all in one place. Only thing I didn't like was the bums loitering around outside the building. Don't go walkabouts alone at night.

This is a beautiful facility in the heart of the city. Easy walk to the waterfront and shopping. The staff were wonderful and it was a very comfortable stay. The rooms were spotless and HUGE!!! The staff were all incredibly helpful and NICE!
