Room was great value for money, clean and great location, check in was easy. Could have been 5 star but for a few little things, the internet to the TV was intermittent which was annoying. The roller blinds were broken, and the curtains did not go to the floor meaning sun woke us up way too early but great for what we paid.

The hotel is simply not up to scratch. One of the rooms booked the air conditioning didn’t work. The replacement rooms fridge was not able to be used, since you couldn’t close the door due to ice. Ironically at time of checkin, we were told that a maintenance bond was required if we broke anything - what a joke. Also, I had to engage in a discussion when I asked for two keys. Eventually we were provided with two keys, which is standard across the industry. In short there are better hotels in the area.

Booked this as wanted a place near the water and saw a pool in the booking. I got there to find pool is not part of the hotel. I booked it due to having a pool. Plus the room was so hot I sweat and told them to check aircon. I was going to a wedding and was so hot in my room made it difficult to get ready without sweating. One good thing is the view was nice and the room setup was great and bathroom spacious.

The room was very nice and the staff was great. The room was large and the bathtub was a wonderful soaking tub. Important thing to know though...you have to call the hotel when you arrive the first time and have them come let you up the elevator. Once you check in, access to the elevator is easy.

The room was nice & big but a little dated. The main issue was that our did not get serviced once & we stayed there for 3 nights. Our coffee pods ran out after a day so we called the reception to get it restocked & that never happened.
