The view from the room was amazing, but one window blind was missing, one did not roll up, the aircon did not work. The host was amazing though. Good price for locality and view, but don’t expect excellent.

The linen and towels in our room were stained, and the towels were threadbare. The wallpaper was pealing in the bathroom and the tiles in the shower were cracked. My husband tried to iron his shirt: the ironing board was missing a spring and wouldn’t stay upright. The room was stuffy, no matter how high we turned up the cooling it was not comfortable. The only feature to recommend is how close it is the harbour; it was very convenient to get to the ferry and to Sky Tower.

Large beautiful room. Couldn't open the blinds as outside there are other rooms looking at my room from all directions. However, the price reflects this. Excellent value for money and great for business travellers.

None of the membership deals were applicable. Room was available but the woman didn't allow early check in. The check in process was pretty crap too. Having to ring a number to then have someone come and get you seemed very odd. No exclusivity about it. This shouldve been mentioned upfront rather than a hidden process after paying for it. The glass windows were filthy. The rubbish bins had milk stains on them. The bathroom floors were so gross.

Nice property bit strange having to go to the 3rd floor to check in It states on Expedia that there is pool facilities which is why I booked. The day before I received a welcome letter saying you have to pay $25 for pool access that should have been on Expedia warning us
