Our apartment is located in the Sebel Hotel Complex right in the heart of the Viaduct, one of Auckland’s most desired central locations, with an abundance of bars and restaurants, all within an easy 5 minute stroll. You can enjoy harbour side walks around the marina and directly opposite your apartment are the Tepid Baths for gym users and a public pool. Commercial Bay and Britomart are just a 5-minute walk, you can find shopping for all tastes at these spots. There are hundreds of food and dining options with great takeaway choices at Harbour Eats in Commercial Bay and fine dining experiences in Britomart.

The property had everything I needed. It was clean. Everything worked. Very comfortable. Loved the balcony. Communication was amazing. I was able to find and access the property easily.Plenty do to nearby. Right next to the waterfront, the property is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Fabulous view from the balcony - of the harbour bridge and marina and easy access to the restaurants around the harbour. Central transport hub at Britomart is 5 mins walk. Apartment clean and tidy, well equipped and independent access via lockbox allows arrival anytime. Host very responsive re communication. Thanks

Awesome Harbour Views

Stayed over New Years and had a great time. Spectacular views with a great balcony overlooking the harbour. Viewed NYE fireworks from balcony. Master bedroom is huge. Kitchen is great and coffee and milk were a nice touch. Only downside is second bedroom was very small for two adults and furniture is getting a little worn. Would stay again!

We loved our stay at your property! The central location to the viaduct was fantastic for our favourite activities! People watching & Private party from the balcony, then close proximity for dining & dancing. Then we came back to peace.
