Yes the room was on liveable conditions toilet maybe a lil worn when flushed other than that the staff was courteous an spoke to everyone coming in or out to include myself

My car was hit in the parking lot and the young man at the counter wouldn’t provide me with any assistance in getting camera footage. There was dog feces in the elevator and no cleaned it up. We asked for more towels and couldn’t get any because they didn’t have anymore. It was just too much….

The front desk person left, leaving 5 guests waiting to get checked in, the locked door that lead to the rooms on the first floor was broken. The hallways were filthy, the rooms smelled and there were cockroaches. The front desk clerk refused to refund my money, despite being in the room for less than an hour. Do not frequent this place.

The staff here is great. Everyone is extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. The room was clean, although we did see a few roaches in the bathroom. I really appreciate the pet-friendly room as well.

Straight nightmare this place has no right to be on Expedia this is not a destination anyone wants to end up at on a vacation it's more like a shelter the smell is horrific the tub was very nasty and roaches are very much present
