I absolutely would not recommend this property. Dirty. Our door wouldn't lock. The light shade was completely rusted thru. There were stains on the tile floor, so you could tell it was not mopped. The small table marble top was completely loose. The wall had holes behind the desk. There was mold in the shower. There were no bed bugs, we did check. Bed was ok.
I knew it might be bad when I got in the elevator and the walls were dirty. We got in late, and just made do for one night to catch an early morning flight. We barricaded the door with a chair and a table because the lock did not work. The grounds outside also had trash here and there.
Completely overwhelmed because this is a premium brand hotel, and it was filthy.
I did go to the desk to talk with them because I did not want to be charged for the rusted lampshade that disintegrated in my hand. The exact quote from the front desk was, "Yes, this hotel is 15 years old and due for upgrade. You may find some other things too." I would recommend you NOT staying here.
