This was my first time staying and I really enjoyed my experience. I didn’t expect to be there when a convention going on.It took me 40 minutes just to check in.The room was clean, and elevator was well kept.The employees were happy to help. And most of all the pool was nice.

They definitely catfished us with the photos of the pool — it’s not what it looks like online at all. The staff were extremely rude, especially the valet. Not to mention the valet service is completely beyond incompetent. We paid $65 for parking for them to DESTROY my brand new 22” wheel, and they didn’t seem to care. At this point, you might be better off parking next door and risking the whole car getting stolen — at least then you’d know what to expect.

Staff was nice, along with the pool area. Elevators and room floor hall/walkways felt a bit outdated. Beds were a bit low to the ground. Safe battery was dead. Refrigerator froze anything on top shelf. The view from the room was nice though.
