The WiFi was not working at the hotel and two people at the front desk could help us so they gave a phone number for tech support and nobody answer the phone. They said that they just installed recently.

Honestly, the check-in staff was not very pleasant at all. There was no smile, no pleasantries exchanged, nothing... It was a short young brunette. The gentleman with the glasses I saw the other days was very nice and welcoming. As for the room, the fan in the bathroom did not work so it was perpetually a little wet in there. Bed was comfy. Room was quiet enough. My son enjoyed the breakfast. Location is excellent for access to the Classic Center. Parking is a reasonable $10 per day. Lobby is LARGE with plenty of seating. Would stay again.
