From the start we had excellent communication with Jennifer. She answered all of my questions! We had 3 senior couples in our party! We loved how the host thought of everything! I loved this property. It had all the comforts of home, spacious rooms, tv in every room, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, modern furnishings and beautifully decorated. The only thing I did not like was the front and back door not having any blinds or shade for privacy.

Fantastic, Centrally Located Home in Quiet Neighborhood in Athens

One of the best VRBO units I have rented. Home is essentially brand new and was perfect for our small group of friends (we were in town overnight for a concert at Georgia Theatre). Great, quiet neighborhood. Convenient location, 1-2 miles from most everything you would want to do in Athens. Easy communication with property owner. Would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Clean Home, Well Appointed and Great Owner Communication

The owner was very communicative and the home was well appointed and very tidy. The home was one of the better maintained homes in the neighborhood as many of the others were occupied by college students.Overall a great stay, good proximity to UGA and downtown Athens!
