No iron nor iron board in the room, you have to ask for it and it has to be returned after. No hair conditioner. The pool was great, 25 m and very clean. The stuff in the hotel was friendly. Very poor management in the restaurant. No one on the door to welcome you and sit you. Free breakfast buffet and no waiters around, customers help each other to find out where things are and how to get coffee"
