"The hotel was very nice and I would have given it an excellent rating IF THEIR ELEVATOR WORKED. We had to go up and down stairs to our room on the 2nd floor and carry all of our luggage, belongings, etc. YOU CAN CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY AND REQUEST A 1ST FLOOR ROOM, AS SOON AS YOU BOOK YOUR ROOM. (Unfortunately, I didn't know that.)"
