I would like to give a real accurate review. When I booked this rental the pictures were a bit deceiving in the brightness of the property. Let me first start by saying that this rental is in the village of Anndale. You could literally walk into town from the house and go to the local coffee shop and bring it back home to your family. When we saw this duplex I guess I really didn’t consider the layout. This house has TONS of charm, it was clean and beautiful….BUT for me who doesn’t appreciate the layout of the old charm historical houses had a hard time with the functionality of the house. When we were on our way to the house we received a very nice message from owner wishing us a great time on our visit! The only thing he failed to mention in the message was the awkward parking situation. Luckily we were able to find parking that caused no issue for us, but it would have been nice for some sort of solution to the non parking available for this unit. Walking it the unit, although completely BEAUTIFULLY renovated, I couldn’t help but notice how close the next door house was to ours. Literally-windows so close that we could reach arms out. Plus, all the windows in our rental were lined up with the next doors house. There were linens and weird cardboard boards on the windows of the house right next door that it was creepy. Also, there is no kitchen space to accommodate 10 people. No where to cook or prep at all. Plus no dishwasher. This may work for someone else.
