Great base to explore Annecy

The apartment is not too far from the old town, lake, and there’s a small grocery store next door. Bright and bigger than expected. Nice little balcony overlooking the street. Nicolas was very helpful and responsive. We would certainly stay again.

Bon séjour proche de la vieille ville d'Annecy

Appartement qui a tout les Ă©quipements (machine Ă  laver, sĂšche linge...) Et qui est proche d'Annecy.On peut se garer facilement.Par contre,cet appartement mĂ©riterait d'ĂȘtre mieux entretenu (interrupteur maintenu avec du scotch,baguette d'un meuble de cuisine qui pend). Avec plus de soin cet appartement serait top.

Logement agréable et tranquille

Au dĂ©but de notre sĂ©jour il y a eu plusieurs pannes de chauffage. Nous avons eu froid 
 le chauffage est gĂ©rĂ© par un syndic. Puis tout a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©tabli et heureusement. Un matin , la personne qui occupe l’appartement au dessus a eu un problĂšme d’eau. Tout Ă  coup, de l’eau a coulĂ© dans la cuisine et a dĂ©collĂ© une partie du plafond de la cuisine. Le propriĂ©taire de notre appartement a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©actif Ces deux incidents trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©ables ne peuvent pas ĂȘtre considĂ©rĂ©s comme un manquement du propriĂ©taire. Mais, un petit geste commercial aurait Ă©tĂ© le bienvenu

Avis mitigé...

Un propriĂ©taire trĂšs agrĂ©able et arrangeant (car j'avais demandĂ© s'il Ă©tait possible de prendre et de rendre l'hĂ©bergement plus tĂŽt/tard que prĂ©vu, et je l'en remercie chaleureusement). L'appartement en lui-mĂȘme Ă©tait relativement propre (avec nĂ©anmoins un mĂ©nage fait Ă  la va vite et beaucoup de poussiĂšre sous les radiateurs, les meubles)... Il ne faut juste pas ĂȘtre maniaque... Des produits sont aussi Ă  disposition dans la cuisine comme du sucre, de la farine, de l'huile et du vinaigre... Des pastilles pour les machines, ce qui est agrĂ©able! En revanche, question accueil, les lits n'Ă©taient pas faits, des draps sĂ©chaient encore dans une chambre... C'est bien la premiĂšre fois que je prends une location avec cet accueil quand les draps sont fournis. On a le sentiment que l'appartement est "rĂ©novĂ© Ă  la va vite" avec de nombreux endroits oĂč les finitions manquent... C'est dommage car cet appartement a un certain charme et cela abime l'image positive que l'on se fait en voyant les photos...

trĂšs bel appartement, trĂšs bonne info de la part du propriĂ©taire, bien placĂ© proche d'un arrĂȘt de bus donc facile pour se rendre en ville. le seul point Ă  amĂ©liorer : mettre un tapis de bain dans la salle de bain.
