Good but room for improvement.

Nice, modern hotel. Room size reasonable and well equipped. Hotel appeared well maintained and clean. Wide range of items for breakfast and also offers food at other times. Only criticism was housekeeping. .Stayed 2 nights. Returning from time out on the second day we found the bed unmade, no toilet paper, towels unchanged, and no replacement bottles of mineral water( tap water unsuitable for drinking ).. Found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. Just need to ensure high standards are maintained 100%.

Lighting in the bathroom and water pressure could've been better and the pool area could use some work. Other than that, it's a great property with a fantastic staff. Adjacent to a huge mall, which made shopping and dining (SO many food options!) super convenient. Transportation was a bit of a hassle at times, but that seemed more of a Philippines thing than just the hotel.

The room was pretty dusty hence I got pretty severe runny nose... all symptoms cleared once I left the hotel room... On the plus side the hotel was well located inside a large shopping complex with plenty of dining options Also good that room service was available 24 hours so that I have something to eat after returning from work Staff members are very nice, friendly and professional
