"Experience was above the average. Extra bed given for the kid could have been more comfortable. The breakfast was good. Location is not close the historical old town so you either need taxi or a car to go to the must see places in Mardin"

"For us it was a nice place as presented with a market about 200 my away. Room was large with most expected facilities. Good breakfast, free. No dining but plenty of places around. More desk staff with better English could help but Koray was great at helping us solve a Teck issue."

Good condition but not friendly reception staff
"The reception staff was not very friendly. Especially the female staff. The staff who brought the towels and the parking attendants were very friendly. The refrigerator in the room did not work well, which was inconvenient. The room condition was good, so we were able to stay comfortably."
