Love that it was across the street from the Central station so transportation was very easy and convenient. It was walking distance from all the nice shops and dining area. The view was also amazing!

Solo buena localidad.

El hotel está súper céntrico, yo separe una habitación piso alto con balcón y vista al canal y no me la dieron porque ya estaba lleno el hotel y no tenían la disponibilidad de la habitación que yo separé y prepage, la chica del Front me dieron uno pequeño piso bajo con una ventana sin la vista que ya se escogió en Hotel.com no me dieron ningún crédito.

Hotel was fine with nice staff but thin walls

The hotel rooms were generally fine. We asked for two adjacent rooms and were given relatively close rooms. We had a very noisy neighbor (who fought all throughout the night and slammed the door), annd I could hear their shouting all night. Not sure if the walls were thin. Then I could even smell some cigarette smoke in the wee hours. Not sure if the hotel has any smoke alarms. My other family members two doors down heard and smelled nothing fortunately.

Perfect for our family

The location, if you are traveling a long distance but train, is perfect. We were so tired and glad to be just steps from the central station when we arrived. The hotel is a bit of a maze, but the rooms are very comfortable and the bar was gorgeous. The bar tender, an older gentleman, was so kind and accommodating. He made our son a special mocktail and put as much care into it as he would’ve anything else. They also kept bags for us the day of our check out so we could explore the city a bit more. This hotel made our stay in Amsterdam truly special and memorable.

Not cheap but you get your money's worth. We came in on Eurostar and walked across the plaza to the hotel. Great staff, good breakfast and Vic's Bar is very good. Walkable to most important places but the tram is across the street. Very good fitness room. Will go back.

I like the property as a whole but we were put in their oldest building, room is not that nice and clean as the picture when I tried booking. In the 3 nights we were there nobody was cleaning our room. Everytime we come home at night the cleaner will left a note that they are leaving early or so. If we want our room to be cleaned we need to request their office or so. Since when I did that? It is their obligation to clean if I don't put a sign " do not disturb". I was soooo frustrated with this. I need to call for a towel in our second night. I like the location of the hotel though. Safe and accessible to transportation and many things.

Location was goo but expensive for the rooms.

Bed was not a true king, but rather a double and single pushed together. You could feel where one bed began by the stitching and had to be careful to avoid that,as it was very hard. The soap dispenser was almost empty and only gave a miniscule amount. Personnel were attentive and helpful.
