I loved the unique antique design of the place. The mirrors, stairs and design of the bedroom and bathroom along with the dated telephone and basketball net was quite flavorful. It totally took me outside of the realm that I am used to in a hotel. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed and were satisfied with our stay.

Friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently situated at a walking distance from some major museums. The only con I noticed is that the hotel and the rooms are narrow.

Would definitely stay here again. Hotel is in a great location for exploring the city. Staff were friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the breakfast. Rooms are quite small if you are used to larger hotel rooms, but that did not impact our enjoyment in the least.

The hotel is well located for the museum area and linked well by the tram service to the train station, airport and other areas of Amsterdam. Staff were helpful in storing luggage pre and post check-in, which helped with our schedule. The room was clean but very small for 3 people, with a super small ‘ double-bed’ and a tiny single bed. Bathroom was a good size though and the shower was good.

We stayed in quite a small (narrow) triple occupancy room but that's a feature of the houses in Amsterdam so no complaints. It was clean & friendly with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was brilliant - a leafy, quiet street in a bustling neighbourhood with shops, museums, parks and transport links on your doorstep.
