I flew in for one night and wanted dinner. Literally, only a single McDonald's in the area. As someone from the States, we don't actually eat McDonald's at home. It's not the hotel's fault, but I'm answering the last question of the survey honestly - there are horrible, or no, options for dinner in the area. Not even a convenient store to grab snacks and water.

Airport shuttle was on time. The issue is this is NOT a Best Western property or at least not what I expect. It is rather an old Bastion Hotel they must have aquaire recently. It is still mostly branded Bastion Hotel. The AC controls didnt work. The TV didn't work. The beds were poor quality and only one pillow per bed. Towels were even branded Bastion. I felt this was a bait and switch. I hope expedia remives this from the site as other members should not get the bait and switch like I did.

Our stay for one night to be close to the airport was fine despite the logistics of Reno’s going on. Front desk was moved to partner hotel. They had a complimentary bottle of rosé and 2 juices in our room as a form of apology for any inconveniences which was a nice touch. My concern with the disorganization is that I paid in full through Expedia in February for this stay in September and the payment even included the local tax. Upon check in, we were charged the local tax and at check out, we were charged for the room. I had to submit proof of payment to the person at the desk which she said she would submit to head office but I have not heard from them nor seen charges reversed on my credit card.

Okay hotel, very close to the airport which is primarily the reason we stayed there, the shuttle service is a bonus. The room was average, but clean. The hotel was undergoing some renovations at the time of our stay, but that is good as the hotel needs a bit of an upgrade.
