Everything was good except there were times the shuttle bus going back and forth between the airport and hotel was late. In fact, on our date of arrival on May 19, we wanted to go back to the airport to take a train but the shuttle bus took a very long time to arrive to the hotel. We saw some shuttle van that could have been use to transport us to the airport. Don't know why they were just park at the lot without being use?

Great stay and close to Schipol

Very friendly and efficient front desk staff. Shuttle to the airport was convenient and on time. The rooms were clean, very comfortable beds, everything was perfect. The hotel kindly stored our luggage and music instruments while we toured Croatia for a week and then stayed or last night again at this property.

Besides overall cleanliness being poor. The metal lights attached to the headboards only inches from your head had very sharp edges that would cut your head or arm! Asked for extra pillows to protect ourselves from injury. All staff were excellent!

This property was the worst choice i ever made. Starting from the front desk i was checking in ans was really noisy the hitels was in construccion. The next day i woke up at 9 am with a strong noise workers where drilling on the walls when i when i opened the door and looked at the hallway i saw boxes of new TV all over the hallway. I saw a construccion worker passing by and i asked what is going on he told me they are replacing all the tv . When i was leaving the hotel i saw all all the guest rooms wide open with the luggage inside this is totally unacceptable. I when to the front desk desk and told then the situation she told me there is noting i can do (wrong answer). Europian people don't know what customer service is . Bottom line don't to this hotel.

Small shuttle service.

It was nice and cheap compared to Rotterdam. Should have a big shuttle service to accommodate every passenger. I needed to wait for the third round to pick me up.
