Clean, beautiful, safe, and comfortable! Nice and quiet inside, and we slept like babies. Love that it’s dog friendly and the deposit for pets is much more reasonable than other places. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Easy to get to & clean

The room was clean & very comfortable. I had my dog with me so I wa able to get a room near the stairs to take him outside quickly & easily. The grounds were well taken care of & they provided bags to pick up after my pet. Breakfast was good.

We reserved a mobility room and verified but didn’t receive it, very difficult to maneuver. When asked they just shrugged it off. We are finding that la Quinta’s are not for the handicapped. Rooms on second floor in certain states. Can’t use elevator in an emergency so stuck with no escape. When asked response is “ I don’t know, oh well”. Searching for new hotels now

We are Gold Marriott card members and have stayed at this location several times in the last 3 years. We have received exceptional service at the Front Desk until this stay. We have had the same person assist us each time, until again this stay. The answers to my husband’s reasonable requests were No without any reasons or options that may be helpful. We have decided to find another hotel in Amarillo that will meet our travel needs.
