"The room was advertised as cozy, which describes the size! If you need to work in it, there is no place for a laptop. Our two carryons fit in the wardrobe corner and the big suitcase under the coffee counter. Don’t bring more stuff for the cozy room. They have bigger ones. Reception was very friendly and they offered a drink right away. We asked for a quiet room and it was very quiet 🙂 The air conditioning worked well enough in a brutal heat wave. The bath was nice and functional. There was a Lavazza capsule coffee maker, a kettle and tea bags. Milk/cream would have been nice. We did not have their breakfast buffet offerings. We didn’t need a big breakfast. There are plenty of bakeries within a few minutes. Viktualienmarkt is a few minutes walk with anything you want to eat. Marienplatz with all kinds of transportation is 5 minutes walk. Excellent location. Would go there again without hesitation."

"Staff was excellent in response to guests , attitude and focus on getting guests assistance when needed , usually volunteering help without having to be asked first by staff . Breakfasts were excellent . Restaurant biggest short- fall , needs to be brought back to full staff and food offerings . Help with taxis and local neighborhood also excellent."
