"There was noting unique about the property or the service or amenities. The room facing the street was very noisy and they turn off the AC from the main control at night so the room was hot!! Staff was not very helpful providing direction or suggestion. I definitely won’t stay here."

I had hurt my knee earlier that day, and the staff kindly provided ice for my knee, which I really appreciated. Their thoughtfulness made our stay even more comfortable. We also received a lovely welcome drink accompanied by chips and nuts, which was a nice touch. We stayed for one night before catching an early morning train, and the location was perfect—the train station is conveniently located right across the street.
