We were given an air fresher and a fan and told to put towels over the drains and plugs in to reduce smell. Heavy shower head was falling away from the wall. Fully booked. Outside of the room the corridor and lift walls could do with a clean. Reception staff were lovely. Great location for a meal and a casual drink."
