Most horrible experience. I normally stay at Choice hotels across many states and this was my first bad experience. They advertise hot breakfast on the website and even in the dining area, see pic. But there were no eggs or sausage or gravy and biscuits, etc., like there is at other Quality Inns that I have stayed at. Even the employee said that he stayed at other hotels which had it but he’s been here seven months and they never had hot food. Housekeeping went in my room before I even checked out and left the door open with my stuff still inside. When I returned, no one was around and the door was left open. Another employee would always stay on the stairs and wouldn’t even move when I needed room to carry my luggage up. She would just sit there smoking all day. When I tried to call the manager, he told the employee to tell me to just put a bad review.

The only reason for the 4 stars is because the bathtub could use some attention. It seems as though there is a rack that was patched with fiberglass patching and is coming off. Other than that the room was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Bad experience and gross

Took a long time to check in, then when we got to the room, there was a styrofoam cup on the table, wet towels on the bed and chair, the soap was opened, and toilet paper stuffed in the fire alarm. It seemed like someone had just left, and we did not sleep under the sheets for obvious reasons. I also booked a double bed, but there are none at the hotel. The manager said he would give me two rooms for the mistake, then the other room got magically booked. Bad experience.

I booked a stay at the Quality Inn through Expedia, and it was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The moment I walked into the room, I knew I couldn’t stay there. The room had a terrible smell, and the bathtub was in awful condition—completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one I paid for. Within less than five minutes of seeing the room, I requested a refund. Unfortunately, I’m still waiting for either Expedia or the hotel to process it. This entire experience has been frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend booking this property to anyone. Expedia also needs to do better with handling these situations and ensuring their listed hotels meet a certain standard. Save yourself the hassle and book

Well they didn't keep a fresh stock of coffee or they didn't have decaf coffee they didn't keep a bunch of yogurt or fresh fruit and when we complained that the coffee pot in our room did not work they did nothing about it and we asked him not to clean the room and they ignored us

It was quiet for the most part, but its but the highway so traffic is busy. I did not like the fact that housekeeping comes into your room when you are not there. If I don't request housekeeping, I would prefer them not enter. I was still sleeping around 9:30(checkout is at 11) and someone(housekeeping) just walked into my room. They didn't knock or anything just walked in. This is not okay I could have been naked amongst other things. During checkout they called on the walkie-talkie for someone to check the room so I could get my deposit back and they stated there was only one set of towels. I told the receptionist when they came into my room yesterday when i wasn't there and took the dirty towels no one ever came back with another set. I was uncomfortable with the fact anyone could just walk into your room.
