The room was dirty, hair in the sinks, beds and tubs. There was a fingernail on the floor. To top it off the heater does not seem to work, despite being set to 70, the room was a chill 62 degrees. We immediately requested a refund and left. The hotel has advised us to contact travelocity and travelocity has advised us to contact the hotel for a refund

The room felt a little neglected but the worst issue for us was the lack of outlet power. When we tried to use the hotels supplied hairdryer in the morning the power didn’t just got out (the switches in the power box were all on) but all the lights would flicker on and off when the hairdryer was on. Staff was very kind, amenities were nice, my only complaint is the room I think 1113 was loud due to highway noise. Even at night it sounded like people were drag racing. But other than that I was happy with my stay.

The main thing about this hotel is the size of the rooms and that they have a real kitchen with a full sized fridge, stove and oven. A great choice for an extended stay.
