Jody was very welcoming! This is a very charming home, nicely furnished, and plenty of room for the five of us staying there. The kitchen had most every tool, cookware and bakeware that you would need for cooking at home. The bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of everything we needed as well. It was nice to find this home in the heart of Albuquerque as we were visiting family members who live there.

Beautiful layout. Started with 5 people then just us four. Nice porch area to sit in. Quiet neighborhood near everything!!The host responded timely to a minor issue. Only one tiny complaint -would’ve liked a fluffier pillow.

Absolutely love the yard space! Each yard is very beautifully set up. Lots of games in the den. Granddaughter felt right at home in the children’s bedroom. Very comfortable!

10 stars 🌟 Host was very Friendly when I call to confirm my stay a day before , Very polite and patient , very friendly service ! When Arrived very simple to unlock front door and Home beautiful Spacious , just as pics from Expedia , no additional hidden fees , and home had everything for us to cook or clean , even shampoo and conditioner , coffee and cookies :) Super Clean ! Family Trip for Graduation

We enjoyed the stay. The cleanliness of the home was spectacular. The area is quiet with a park around the corner. We had no issues checking in and were pleasantly surprised with local coffee and cookies. The location was within distance of shopping, restaurants and the Tingley Coliseum. Thank you!

nice house close to UNM

What a nice house and the location was perfect for us. Our only regret was that we were busy attending a conference and didn't have much time to enjoy the house. I'd like to come back and spend more time there one of these days!

Incredibly peaceful stay

Gorgeous house with an open flow that offers two sectioned-off master suites, one with a full den. EVERYTHING here is top of the line, from bathroom fixtures to the beautiful kitchen. Has an incredible central patio with barbecue and a glorious backyard with a hammock. It's right by a park with a playground in a quiet neighborhood, within five/ten minutes from supermarkets, UNM, the airport, and nightlife. Highly recommended!

Girls getaway

We were 5 high school friends who got together for a get away that included the Albuquerque balloon fest. The house is in a neighborhood but close to shopping and the airport. It was about a 15-20 min drive to the festival.... without traffic. Jody kindly let us check in a few hours earlier so we could drop off our bags and figure out what food we wanted to buy. She nicely provided great ground coffee and cream in the refrigerator along with cookies. The house was perfect for us, clean and spacious. We took advantage of the pull out couch in one room and the futon in the living room so we all had our own beds ( and essentially rooms ) to sleep in. There are 2 nice areas to sit outside which I wish we took more advantage of. But our days were busy so we just enjoyed the lovely living room to hang out in and catch up. They also had 4 folding chairs in the living room we took advantage of, bringing them with us to the festival to sit on. We added one so now there are 5! In all great house and great location. Thank you!

A wonderful stay!

This house was just what we needed. We were pleased to have more than ample room for our family. It was conveniently located with a grocery store (Smith’s) in close proximity for driving. We had a lovely time in this quiet beautiful house. We enjoyed both courtyards as the sun moved over the house. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Albuquerque.
