Our home is perfectly located within 5 minutes of historic Old Town Albuquerque and Downtown Albuquerque, 7 minutes from the Albuquerque Sunport Airport, and within 15 minutes to everywhere in Albuquerque and parts of the city of Rio Rancho.

The home has three beautifully and comfortably designed bedrooms and two newly renovated bathrooms. The home can comfortably sleep up to 7 people. The master bedroom and second bedroom are equipped with queen beds. The third bedroom is equipped with 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed. The living room sofa is amazingly comfortable and relaxing. All of the beds are very comfortably made with plenty of pillows and luxurious pottery barn bedding.

Guests who choose to stay at our home enjoy a fully furnished and fully stocked home. All one needs to bring to enjoy their stay in our home are their belongings, food, and happiness.

Guests enjoy a 65" living room flat screen television with surround sound, stainless steel and gas stove kitchen appliances, endless warm water showers thanks to the homes tankless water heater system, and a full size washing machine and dryer.

Guests are allowed complete access to the home's interior, front, and back yards. The home is secured with a small private front yard and fully fenced and enclosed backyard equipped with shaded table and chairs, bbq grill, and relaxing enjoyment in a hammock under the shade of a tree over a soothing grassy area.

The home is located in a safe neighborhood on a single entry street, perfect for children of all ages. There is nearby access to paved walking and biking trails, parks, and nature center. Located 5 minutes to Historic Route 66, Old Town Albuquerque, and Downtown Albuquerque, 10 minutes to the popular Nob Hill shopping and dining area, 15 minutes to the International Balloon Fiesta Park, 2 minute access to Interstate 40, and less than 15 minutes to the new and exciting Uptown Albuquerque which boasts all levels of shopping including Nordstrom Rack and upscale dining experiences at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse as well as a new state of the art Winrock Theatre.

Children of all ages are welcome. Child's Pack n Play, highchair, and diaper pail available upon request.

The check in process was flawless with great directions from the owners. The home was perfect for a family Thanksgiving. We brought our meal in from a restaurant but used the kitchen facilities to heat everything up. Plenty of covered parking and very clean.

Great location on a quiet street with convenient access to all the places in town we wanted to visit! We stayed for a few days of the Balloon Festival and it was a great experience. The kitchen had everything we needed and we grilled outdoors several times as well. We found the outdoor area perfect for dining outside or just sitting and chatting. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the gathering area was perfect for TV, games or building puzzles. We’d highly recommend this home and will look to stay again when we can.

Perfect location to explore all over. We went for the balloon fiesta and stayed a few days to explore the area. This home is close to restaurants, museums, the freeway and groceries. We loved the house the moment we walked in! In a few hours it felt like home. If fact it had all the comforts of home. Great decor, comfortable beds, spacious with all the amenities. Coffee in the cupboard to prepare for breakfast. Great location. For us it was 5 min from our family and close to markets , pharmacy etc. Nice private patio with table and chairs. Hosts were available for any questions. We would definitely stay there again!!

This house was just perfect for our 3 night stay. My mom and I shared it with two close family friends and had a great time with plenty of room to spread out or pile on the couch and watch a movie. The home is very quiet and comfortable with special touches throughout. It does not feel like a sterile vacation rental, more like a well decorated, unique friends house. The location worked perfectly for us visiting family in the north valley but also shopping and eating throughout the city. Chevonne was incredibly communicative and friendly. I highly recommend this home!

We always use VRBO for our vacations and this is the best place we stayed in. The owners are really thoughtful and made sure we had everything we need for our stay. Cute little house in quiet neighborhood

Perfect little house and close to our family we were visiting. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds/pillows. Only issue we had was not being able to use one bathroom due to little flying bugs coming on from the fan. We were told that this was normal during rainy season prior to check in and even with keeping the fan on per instuctions and spraying bug spray there was a lot. Overall this house was perfect and we would definietly come back.
