Al llegar al lobby el recepcionista (un hombre mayor calvo de lentes) me dijo que mi cuarto aun no estaba listo, que faltaban mas de 30min para que terminaran de limpiarlo (la hora del check in era a las 3pm, yo llegue a las 4pm) le dije que el check-in segun el itinerario decia 3pm y que yo hasta llegue 1hr mas tarde para entrar sin problemas, y me contesto enojado "a las 3 empieza el check in, mas no significa que puede hacer check in a las 3" le dije que pudieron haberme avisado para llegar mucho mas tarde (venia con mis hijos y mi esposo cansados por muchas horas de viaje en carro), el señor se veia molesto ya que tambien estaba otra huesped esperandolo por otro problema en el hotel y tambien se estaba portando grosero con ella. Ya despues me dijo que iria al cuarto a ver cuanto les faltaba para terminar, y al volver dijo que en 5min podiamos subir. Ya mas tarde en el cuarto y poco antes de irnos a un evento por el cual viajamos a Albuquerque, mi hija encontro 2 botellas de Vodka a un lado de una de las camas, osea que nuestro cuarto no lo limpiaron bien, no sabemos si el recepcionista molesto por lo del check-in les pidio a los camareros que no limpiaran nuestro cuarto, o si usualmente solo limpian por encima, total que ya no estuvimos comodos. Yo nose cuantas horas necesitan los camareros para limpiar los cuartos, pero si se que los huspedes si tenemos que ser puntuales y salirnos antes o en el tiempo establecido, no 1hr y 30 min despues. No volveremos.

HORRIBLE, DO NOT BOOK

We couldn’t even use our pull out bed it was full of disgusting leftovers from the person before who knows HOW LONG it’s been since that bed was checked and clean. The sheets were full of what looked like feces and when I told the front they said “oh sorry I’ll let my boss know” PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. There’s stains all over the walls and ceilings, the stairways and elevators are DISGUSTING. Half our paid beds couldn’t be used and nothing was done to fix the disgusting situation.

The fire alarm went off at 5 am. The phone did not work and we had to go to the lobby to find out was a false alarm. Restaurant staff were not friendly.

We had a very late arrival, but we’d been assured that a hotel shuttle would pick us up. Unfortunately, there was no driver. However, the clerk called a Lyft for us, paid for by the hotel. We appreciated that very much! Good service.
