There were cockroaches in our hotel room, when I told the staff they said -did u take a picture? I said no and he ignored me... so gross! 2 small ones on the desk next to my bag! Hope i didnt take any home with me

We were not given the room type that we reserved. Late in the evening, water started dripping from the ceiling onto the couch-so we had to get dressed, repack, and move rooms. I tried calling the front desk but no answer. When I walked down there she was on a personal call and responded “ok” when I told her I tried to call. No apology or anything for all of our trouble.
